If you have a Telenet connection, you can not use the
carrier-select codes (1xxx), due to blocking. Some of our providers
have a solution, by offering a national number (03), which
connects to their network. This is why it is only interesting to
make international calls from your Telenet line, using our
services. First you need to sign-up (free) with the provider of
your choice to activate your line.

Dial the local number for access to the system (03/xxx.xx.xx)
2. Dial your destination number... (00-country code-number)

know hte international rate, you need to count an initial
national call (standard 2 Bef/min (peak) & 1 Bef/min
(off-peak) + the international rate of the country you are
calling. For our neighbouring countries, the difference will be
small, but for other countries, you can save upto 50% !
